How does it work?

1. To start, configure Data Streams. Utilize the connector for existing systems or create the custom connectors for the systems that don’t exist in Acure. Write tasks for integration and start the collection of data.

In the next steps, ensure no data is missing and collection is working properly.

2. Set up automatic signals using low-code scenarios.

A signal is a dynamic indicator of a change in the infrastructure with a start and an end time. It reports the changes of any parameter from the regular state and is mainly intended for deduplication and correlation of primary events. With the help of signals, redundant copies are eliminated, and events are correlated – incidents are assigned the appropriate priority.

3. After the signal is created, the status of the configuration item is calculated. The CI attached to the signal takes over its criticality. The status of IT infrastructure and information about events are displayed on a single map.

How does it work?

1. First, configure Data Streams. Utilize the connector for existing systems or create the custom connectors for the systems that don’t already exist in Acure. Process the tasks for integration and start the collection of data.

2. After collecting the data and correlation setup, you can see the status of the entire IT infrastructure and information about all incidents on a single screen.

There are two types of root cause analysis in Acure:

Root cause by topology

Topology shows the whole IT infrastructure like a tree with the relationships between configuration items. You can click on affected CI to see the detals of the health and easily identify the problem item using the connections on the graph.

Root cause by context

Find the root problem by analyzing events and logs. Use the Logs and Events screen to view raw data, logs, and messages coming into Acure from various data streams. Filter data by the necessary timeline, recognizing why some elements didn’t work in the specific timeframe.

How does it work?

1. To see all data in Acure first connect Data Streams. Utilize the connector for existing systems or create custom connectors for the systems that don’t exist in Acure. Write the tasks for integration and start the collection of data.

2. After collecting the data and the correlation setup, you can see the status of the entire IT complex on a single screen where you can switch between different modes. In the left panel there is a list of filtered CIs, their health and status; in the right panel the information changes depending on the selected mode by the operator: Service Model graph, CI cards, list of Signals, Maintenance and Changelog.

3. To prevent the solved problems reoccurring in the future, the rules and behaviour of the system for this type of incident can be configured in the Rules & Actions section. The actions (scripts, notifications) can be customized simultaneously for all CIs, from all systems, without any complex programming.
